Sometimes thoughts and feelings can get in the way of kids having fun, enjoying life at home or at school, and with their friends. And sometimes, kids have really big worries, fears, anxieties, or big emotions that they need help figuring out how to manage.

As a child counselor, I work with kids that want to figure out new ways to express themselves. I work hard to help kids learn that all kinds of feelings are important because they’re trying to tell us something. Even feelings that cause us a lot of problems.

Then, I work with kids and families to come up with ways to learn from feelings and problem solve ways to let those feelings out.

If you ever have big feelings that you need help with, ask your mom or dad to schedule an appointment today. Our counselors are here to help!
