As a caregiver, you balance many roles and responsibilities. When it comes to your child, you are a multitasker, a provider, a teacher, a problem-solver, and a comforter.

You work so hard to meet your child’s physical and emotional needs, yet sometimes it feels like you are running out of time, energy, and patience.

Perhaps your child is struggling with big emotions, anxiety, anger, life changes, or a traumatic event and this has added yet another stressor to your daily life. As a result, you may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure how to handle it all.

My goal is to walk alongside you as we uncover ways to root yourself in your own wisdom as a caregiver, and help your child blossom into their full potential.

I will guide your child in ways of identifying, understanding, and managing their big emotions, communicating their thoughts and feelings, and balancing their perceptions of themselves and their world.  This can ultimately enhance moments of connection between you and your child, foster their independence, and cultivate empowerment and growth.

When I begin my therapeutic work with children, I first meet with the caregivers to create a custom-designed plan central to your child’s needs, strengths, and goals.

Then I will begin the therapeutic process with your child. Along the way, I will collaborate with you to make sure goals are being met, and that you have options and strategies for how to help your child at home

I believe every parent & caregiver has the wisdom and strength to help their children grow, and sometimes it just takes a little guidance and the right tools.

Together, we can work to enhance the roots of your child’s strengths, improve their relationships, and reach their potential. To begin this process of growth and healing, reach out and schedule an appointment today

4 Ways to Help Your Child Develop A Healthy Brain

You want to help your children make good choices. The problem is that our fast-paced society can make it difficult to slow down and build the skills necessary to succeed.

3 Ways to Help Your Child Transition

Most children are having to navigate countless adjustments and transitions. Too often, it’s the little everyday changes that spark big behaviors in kiddos- getting ready for breakfast, brushing teeth, putting clothes away, turning off the tablet, or going to get into the car.

Molly’s initial intake appointment with us was so thorough – she listened well, really comprehended the issues we were facing, and dug deeper to really understand everything holistically. She was so well versed in a variety of different methods of working with children. My daughter absolutely loved her. ”
