Additional Info:

The goal of this group is to support children and their families who have been impacted by divorce.

Within a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment, children are able to connect with peers who share similar experiences.

The group will be led by trained child therapists at Kid Matters Counseling. The group is hands-on and includes expressive elements of art and play.

Children in this group will have a place where they can express themselves, ask questions, resolve conflicts, and learn new coping skills.

Parents will also be supported through parent hand-outs and opportunities to schedule individual consultations with group leader (additional fees apply).

(BONUS: Be sure to visit our “Parents Guide” to helping your child in the divorce transition)
