Child Therapist & Play Therapist
As a parent, you face numerous challenges in trying to help your child. You may be confused, overwhelmed, exhausted, and desperate for change. I come alongside parents like you and empower you and your child to experience lasting change.
As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I provide developmentally appropriate interventions that are tailored to the needs of your family, incorporating brain research and a variety of play therapy techniques. Play therapy provides powerful avenues for healing by enabling children to express their thoughts and feelings in ways not possible through mere words.
I work with children ages 2-12 and their families in relation to a variety of topics
I love helping children break free from difficulties so that they can thrive, and I delight in helping parents develop skills and confidence so they can make meaningful connections in their family.
Parenting is difficult, and you need tools that can help you and your child to mend, to grow, and even to flourish.
I invite you to give me a call today at 855-543-7687 ext.706 or email me at sharon{at}kidmatterscounseling.com
