Melissa Warner Child Therapist and Play Therapist

Child Therapist & Play Therapist

Is your child’s behavior causing you to worry? Each child has their own way of coping with emotional problems and it tends to show up in their behavior. It can be difficult to know what to do or how to understand what’s going on in your child’s head—I can help!

My goal is to collaborate with parents, while assisting their child, to resolve emotional conflict and restore peace in the home.  I use play therapy to connect with kids and walk alongside them in a language they can understand and have experienced success with many children.

Growing up overseas attending international schools has given me skills that help me connect with people, whatever background they come from.

One of my specialties is working with children that have unique cultural backgrounds such as Third Culture Kids, Missionary Kids, Military Kids, children of immigrants and refugees, children of parents of different ethnicities or nationalities, and more.

If you want help resolving your child’s behavioral challenges, call me today (855) 543-7687 x703 or e-mail me: Melissa {at} kidmatterscounseling.com
